What does having Hepatitis C virus antibody (anti HCV) mean? - what does a negative hcv rna mean

He gave me a gift of blood, and sent me the results of my blood to me.

What does this mean? Do I have hepatitis? Please someone let me know!

You do not have hepatitis. In a test shows that it may have to remove the virus was exposed in the past, and his body produces antibodies against it. They are a response to your body to destroy the virus.
You can be reassured. Can, in fact, you need some protection.
Keep blood donations. As you know blood is precious and you help someone else every time they donate.
